I applied through university. I interviewed at Empirical Foods
Interview
The interviewer was really nice, the questions weren’t too difficult and they did a good job at explaining the next steps to the interview process. The questions were picked out from a list so there is no guarantee that everyone gets the same exact questions but they do ask what you know about the company so be prepared.

Interview
Met at career fair and scored an interview. Very nice people and there is two interviews. One initial and one plant tour. Good luck with everything to everyone who applies here

Interview
I had applied for the Corporate Recruiter position, and a member of their recruiting team reached out to me to set up an interview. I was unable to answer the phone when they called, so I had to call back and leave a voicemail. They never called me back. I touched base again the week after, and the representative (whom shall remain nameless) then set me up for the end of the week. The day of our interview she called me and let me know that she would need to move our interview because she had overbooked herself during that time. I had not problems with this, so the meeting was bumped up an hour. I was ready at our set time, and low and behold the recruiter never contacted me. This was by far the worst experience I have had in am interviewing process. Due to the lack of organization on the company’s end. I would not recommend. I hope others don’t experience the same.
