Interview
The interview took three weeks.
The first one was HR interview.The second was a panel interview composed of a supervisor and two other senior engineers. The last one was another supervisor. It also had an autocad and managerial written exam. You'll have an interview about it to explain your answers.

Smooth. Fast. Straight to the point. Casual as it should cause interview should be a conversation. You'll feel that they want you in their company & look at the current status of your career not your setbacks.
They want someone with a constant improvement plan for his or her career regardless of personal or professional.

Situational Questions on how you handle certain challenges in your past job
It involved a mix of technical and behavioral questions. You were expected to discuss your experience handling RFQs, preparing proposals, and providing technical support. They probed my problem-solving skills and your ability to manage workload priorities. They also assessed your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to ensure the smooth handling of Emerson's client needs.
