It all went ok! The interview process was fast and direct. Both rounds were of average difficulty and the interviewers were polite ensuring a good candidate experience without delays or "ghosting. Would love to try again in the future
I applied online. I interviewed at Embroker in Mar 2025
Interview
i had a phone screening with the recruiter, first round with one designer, second round with a senior designer. there is another round too. the first one was very chill and you just talk about yourself. second one you talk more about past UX experience and research methods. the recruiter said it was supposed to be a quick process but she was super slow at responding and was not helpful. she didnt respond to most emails. the work they did seemed lowkey boring ngl
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Embroker in Feb 2025
Interview
Interviewed with 3 people, setting up days/times was simple and interviews went well and were relatively informal. Follow-up for next steps was shortly sent after each interview. Over all communication was clear for a fully remote and new position.
