After 3 rounds of interviews they rejected me as they realized that "we are looking for experience that is more closely aligned with our job description". I assume they should've known it not after the final interview. 3 interviews - manager, hr, hiring manager straight-forward questions from manager and hr. hiring manager (head of sales) was late, joint the call with no camera and with lots of noise on the background...and had only 10-15 min out of 30 booked minutes. sales interview was weird as the head of sales asked 1-2 quick (and general) questions. had no much interest in talking to me. i assume that he wanted to finish the call asap.
