I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Elsevier (Amsterdam) in Oct 2018
Interview
This is one of the worst recruitment processes I ever had in my whole career. I got contacted by their recruiter from London and we had a good call. He saw a fit between my skills and the role. He said he will pass me my application to the team in Amsterdam for review. After that call, I didn't hear back from him until after 2 months. He emailed me and he said one of the lead developers will contact me to continue the rest of the recruitment. On the day of the call, I didn't get any phone call and I decided to do a follow up after two weeks. I never heard from him again.
I can imagine how poor communication is in this company and how people really respect each other. Stay away.
