Great interview process. The location director was well prepared and inviting. It was clear the goal of the meeting was to see if there was a personality match. The interview was a 3 hour process, first meeting with the Location Director, then having a detailed tour and walk through of the learning style that is offered at Elly&Stoffl and lastly, class sit-in. There I observed how the other staff interacted with children, asked questions on their personal experience working with Elly&Stoffl, and asked any questions regarding the day structure, organization and what does an English Learning Guide assist with other than with Language.

Interview
The interview went very well it was a Skype interview. The English Learning Guide Coordinator at the moment was very respectful, professional, direct and gave me just the right amount of time to talk and ask questions. She told me to be calm and relax. There was a moment I couldn't find an answer to one of her questions and she said it was ok and made me feel ok. Which is always nice during interviews to be able to be honest and not feel degraded for it.
