Got invited to do a short 20 minute recruiter interview. Then, I made it to the second round and spoke to two employees in VP/senior roles. I was told I would hear back in two weeks and didn't. I followed up with the recruiter and no response. Completely ghosted. Very disappointing and wasted my time.
