This was by far the worst interview experience I have ever had. I went through six rounds of interviews with a variety of individuals, only for the company to stop responding to my emails and finally let me know that they chose the other candidate. SIX ROUNDS OF INTERVIEWS. I wasn't impressed with the interview process as I answered a lot of the same questions multiple times. The individuals I spoke with also should probably have some training on how to interview - one of them asked a somewhat personal question, to which I gave the most professional and truthful answer I could - and then told me I shouldn't have shared (they asked why I relocated, and it was for personal reasons around a family emergency). If you don't want to know, don't ask a question that has nothing to do with my skill or ability and don't belittle me for being honest. The best part is that they called me about a month later to let me know that the other candidate didn't work out and they'd like to offer me the job. I did not accept. I hope I never experience an interview process like that again, and I hope no one else is subjected to it. Six (poorly conducted and highly repetitive) interviews is absolutely insane. Do better.
