Interview
I had a zoom interview with another project manager in which I walked her through my resume and answered pretty standard interview questions and learned more about the role. The next step of the interview process was an in person interview with the owner of the company. She explained the company culture and goals in depth and asked questions about my goals to see if I was a good fit.
