From the start I could tell this is a great company. They are so inviting and it was refreshing having that approach as other interviews with other companies are not as welcoming and warm. Elite was very transparent and engaging throughout the whole process. What I loved most was that they answered all of my questions without me having to ask because they pay attention to detail in the process. And once I was asked if I had any questions I didn’t have any. Throughout the process they really try to ensure that everything is efficient and suitable for us as the applicants. 3 part interview process, interview 1 was a group style via zoom to get out the purpose of the position, what they’re looking for and the company background. Interview 2 was the logistics and all the day to day responsibilities. This interview was in office, they have such a beautiful space and this interview was done by one of their top trainers; the second interview was one on one so I really felt connected. And then interview 3 was a recap of the entire process. Elite Generations was very thorough and transparent throughout the whole process, I truly appreciated their style of interview and it made me want to work for them even more. So professional and inviting. 5 stars for their process!
