I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EliseAI in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was a very straightforward and positive experience. It was refreshing to take part in an interview process during COVID-19 that was streamlined instead of being drawn out over multiple weeks/months. The written assessment was an appropriate length for an interview assignment, the questions asked were thoughtful, the feedback and next steps were transparent, and each member of the team was very present and invested in adding a new team member.

Question 1
Talk about a time you were involved in improving a process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EliseAI in Jul 2024
Interview
I went through the interview process after being given a referral - interviewed with CRO multiple times, completed one presentation/mock customer call with two managers, and final interview with the CEO.
It’s very clear they are looking for the sales reps that dedicate a significant amount of time to the job and prioritize the company first. Despite several interviews and no negative feedback, after interview with the CEO, was let out of interview process, given reasoning that they were looking for someone with more experience (no specifics). Overall great company, but prepare to bring less personality to the interviews and more of a cut and dry picture of how you’re a top performer, and what you’ll do to go above and beyond. They do have a very “grind” culture with reps putting in hours over the weekend, and an in office 5 days a week culture.
