Phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews. Phone interview was very casual, executive was very forth coming about company and culture. In-person interview was over an hour, started off standard / professional (how long were you at ABC Company? What did you do there?) and quickly became personal (in a good way) as we figured out how to work together and exciting things we could do to move the needle.
