Interview process was lengthy. I need to face 4 technical round. In last round higher management person asked to submit sample work which I have done in my previous company.How could higher management person ask such type of question ? Is they don't know every company has there own norms and data security ? Does he don't about data confidentiality ? when I worked in company's machine how can I take and submit info. If I could not submit data he won't select me. what you think,is it right hiring process ? no value to knowledge and hardworking employee.
