Online interview process: asked me a few questions, got three chances to record myself. It was a smooth interview process and online software. They asked questions like “why elevate” and “tell me about yourself”, from what I remember.
The questions were easy to answer, and the recruiters were friendly. The interview wasn't too time-consuming, and was conducted over phone, making it easier and more comfortable for the interviewee.
