Phone interview was basic employment history questions which i just read off my resume, 2 how would you respond questions. Interviewer was quite pleasant, I was nervous at first waiting on phone to ring. Almost 4 weeks then boom a call for face to face interview......

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
