The job posting was online. I submitted by resume vie email. then they called me in. Brief Interview process with two therapists, and then hands on massage. They had me do a back ground check. and then when they had me there for eight hours doing absolutely nothing but following them around "training" after 8 years experience, then they have you go through then handbook where you initial here sign here and that us where you sign saying that if you decide to "quite, leave, walk out, or get fired within a years time of your hire date, you are to pay the company $1000 not prorated".

I was interviewed by the owner first, then the manager and gave a 30 minute massage to manager. I was offered the position immediately after. Interview process was casual and comfortable.

Very disorganized, they had hired me, then a few weeks later came back and said they didn’t have room for me. It was confusing and disappointing. I don’t think the right hands knows what the left is doing.
