Direct application from a LinkedIn posting. Initial 30 minute video conference with HR representative, followed by a second interview the following week with the Group Finance Director. Both sessions involved an opening conversation around the company and the role, and then a discussion around my CV where there was relevant experience. At the end of both interviews I was given a clear understanding of what the next stage would be, and when to expect to be informed whether I had been successful or not.
