I never had an actual interview. Instead, I was asked to go out to drinks with 2 managers. This was their interview process. I didn't know at the time that these meetings were going to determine my employment.

The most difficult part of this process is that I thought I was just having a business dinner but that was not the case. After dinner, I was asked to go out to drinks with management and their friends.

Very brief. I had to email manager to confirm interview after he made the request. There was very poor follow up. Did not explain the position well and what they need in a person to perform well and be successful
