Interviewed via Skype by my future Manager. Very friendly and easy going, really interested to get to know me and not just typical questions. He spent time to learn about my background both personally and professionally, and was also very keen to give me a lot of details about the job and the environment. Based on the fact that I had little to none experience, he asked me hypothetical questions regarding how i would handle different situations on the job, based on my knowledge and intuition.
