I sent my resume for an opening position posted on the corporate website.
I was called to schedule an interview.
I had the interview with HR representative and two hiring managers. They explained to me the company business and structures (product lines, sites, departments structure) and the kind of job they had openings for.
They asked me about my education, experience, interests, etc...and said they would call me back.

There were no difficult questions. I had the interview after graduation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Electrolux in Nov 2012
Interview
Initial resume acceptance, phone interview, followed by if aplicable a face to face interview.
dual phone interviews held. Managers were a little monotone. Not really expressive or motivated. Somewhat overly aggressive during questioning. Not a friendly environment based on initial contact. Almost a defensive type interview
