Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want these job?, what have you done in the past?, what do you know about this and that? in a very light form, then a second interview involved HR staff, they asked personal stuff and the million dollar question, why do we have to hire you? After that a third interview with the company's director, he talked for about 10 minutes about the company's future and then I talked for about the same time telling him my background and where I was heading to. He wanted to make sure I was the right guy for the job.
