I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electric Monster in Apr 2023
Interview
There were multiple video chats. First one no camera, quick chat. Then met with supervisors about the role. All the chats were good and insightful. Met with 3 different people about a role than they asked me to interview for a different position. Another video chat that went well. Then they ghosted me and said they experienced a hiccup.

Interview
The interviewer was late to the call and was in the car driving so felt a little rushed. They were not clear with their questions and often time had to rephrase or I had to ask clarifying questions. The details on the job description vs. what the job actually entails are two different things. I am happy that the interview was upfront about the actuality of the job. First, the pay was lower than stated(a year's salary for 18 months), the job was not full-time but a contract, and when the contract is up you will no longer be needed, it states that you'd have benefits but then onsite it says you can have the opportunity but not guaranteed. Overall, the interviewer was very nice and cordial but the job was not a good fit for me.
