Elders Ltd interview questions

The interview processes was pretty typical, I was head hunted, had a standarised interview and was then given an offer of employment within the company. The company is quite small, but their management team were good recruiters.

Was invited to an informal interview with a manager and a team member who were open and honest and easy to get along with. Was offered the position and declined as it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
