Elbit Systems of America interview questions

I received an email stating that I had been selected to move forward in the interview process and promptly replied with my availability. After not receiving a response, I followed up a few days later and still did not hear back. Shortly after, I received an automated message informing me that I would not be moving forward. This experience was both confusing and disappointing, as I was never given the opportunity to interview despite being invited to do so.

I applied online, contacted by a company recruiter, followed by a hiring manager interview. The process was straight forward, not too difficult, but the job description was inaccurate. The hiring manager was nice, but didn't have good clarity about the job. I was invited for an onsite interview in Roanoke VA, people were nice and professional, however, after the onsite interview I was ghosted!!! I also saw there's no diversity
