My interview process consisted of the following steps: Initial Phone Screen, Onsite Interviews (four to five of them in one day), Clarifying Questions, Then Employment Offer - the process was long, but thorough.

Mostly behavior based questions seeking very specific answers to questions from prior experiences, In general Motivational Fit, Leadership, Technical Expertise, and Conflict Resolution.
