Interview
They are so desperate for employees that I think they would have said anything to get me to take the job! I think the guy said they currently have 3 ppl covering a 10 person team.

Interview
Emilie is just awful! I was interested in EkoLiving until I met Emilie. She gave off a bad energy that made me feel very unwelcome. I could feel her eyes judging me. I humbly came into the leasing office applying for a position and as soon as I was approached by her, I shook her hand and introduced myself. She gave me a weak handshake with a look on her face. My regret was not walking back out that door because I’ve never seen such a look on a stranger’s face. I really hope it wasn’t due to the color of my skin. I was dressed professionally and always carry myself well. I don’t know what her deal was, but I’m never stepping foot in this place again! Even if I would’ve been offered the position, I would’ve said no way! The energy was too toxic. The other women who were in the interview (some management and others leasing consultants) were friendly. Emilie was the only one with an issue.

Interview
Pretty standard. Phone interview with written application. Then a 2-1 interview with management. I thought the questions were relatively straight forward, and the process was as expected. Process talk longer than anticipated.
