3 people on panel, option to ask questions at the end.
1 stage process, video interview.
Quite formal but very well structured.

Competency based questions, tell me a time when you etc, following the STAR method. 2nd round was a presentation, all interviews were to 3 people. Direct manager, manger from other department and HR person
