Long interview process, but the team was very welcoming and direct with expectations for the role. Some slight confusion since they outsource their hiring which complicated communication. I had four interviews over three weeks, but was not offered any offers.

Interview
Did a basic phone Interview discussed the position, background, etc. The guy I spoke with was very nice. About a week later I went into the offices to do a table interview and this was one of the most uncomfortable interviews I've ever had. The vibe was really weird and felt dehumanizing, the woman across from me looked like she wanted to draw my blood and check my blood quantum. The position was only paying 17 dollars an hour and they bumped it up to 20 during the interview process, which still isn't great in Seattle. They ghosted, not even an email to reject me after sitting across from all of them.

Basic terrible interview questions. Stuff like "where do you see yourself in five years" and "What Are Your Weaknesses?"
