I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Grand Forks, ND) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied for an interview through my campus career fair. Before the interview, several Eide Bailly employees were there to help answer any initial questions you may have had. During my interview, I was not asked all that many situational questions, but I was more so asked about things like personal interests. The man I talked to was really welcoming and straight forward. I simply answered his questions, shared my story, asked a couple of my own, and then I was on my way. The interview was about 20-25 minutes. I have gotten a second interview and I am looking forward to seeing their firm.
I do not know yet if I will get an offer yet or not, but I wanted to give a positive review.

Interview
Was invited to apply through an on-campus recruitment presentation. Went through two rounds of interviews: one on-campus, and one at company headquarters. Visited with several representatives of the company during this process. I felt as though the on-campus interviewers were much more engaged and interested in me as a candidate. While at company headquarters, many of the individuals I interviewed with seemed pressed for time and disinterested. May have just caught them at a bad day. Overall, don't let interviewers' attitudes intimidate you, you're most likely doing fine, they may just be preoccupied with other work issues.
