I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Eide Bailly
Interview
There was an on-campus interview, a meet and greet night, and then in office interviews one on one with 3 partners/managers and the administrative person. They would sometimes ask questions from the paper but for the most part it was very conversational. The only negative was how long it took for them to get back about an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2023
Interview
There was a beginning phone interview followed by a three step in person interview. The standard interview questions were asked. I met with 2 partners and 3 senior managers as well as the head of HR. All of them were nice to deal with.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2021
Interview
Mostly casual discussion, test to see if you are a good fit for company culture, talked about education - if you have a degree in accounting they know you can do the work, they then want to know if you will fit
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Tustin, CA) in May 2021
Interview
I would say it was a typical interview. Difficult only due to the length of rounds of interviews. First was a phone interview with a recruiter and then I had to fill out an online application. After that, I had a 30-minute zoom interview with a partner. Lastly, I had a back-to-back-to-back 30-minute interview with 3 other partners. Quite long but I definitely had a better understanding of the firm. The majority of the questions were behavioral and situational questions.
