First an 1:1 interview with the recruiting company that made the first sholtlist. Typical interview for these companies with behavour questions and less technical. Then after 1 week I was called for an interview with the engineering manager of the company with questions regarding my past experience in relation to the posted job and willingness to travel and comeet to the clients. After that I was called for a 3rd interview with a general manager which didn't pass 30 mins wich was something like me taking the role of the representative of the company and the manager was acting as a client, also with some questions related to teh competotors and the current market. Went well but finnaly after 2 weeks the told me that due to a internal restructure there will be no hiring!
