Entrevista con bastantes fases, primero con rrhh, después con el PMO manager, las entrevistas bastantes largas,preparación de un caso práctico de un día para otro, prueba de idiomas,etc. El proceso es cansado.

Interview
Had 3 different interview processes for different roles and was ghosted by all the recruiters whenever I didn't continue. This includes getting to about the 5th round in one process and couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful it was to never be notified of next steps after all the time I invested in the process.
