TLDR - 9 months, ghosted twice Initially contacted by an external recruiter in Dec 2024 and had a screening call with the internal HR recruiter that went well. But the company stopped responding to the external recruiter. Then in Apr 2025 a new internal recruiter reached out about the same job. After two more internal HR calls with two different internal recruiters, I had my first Zoom call with the hiring manager in June. I was invited for an on-site interview in August. After that trip I never heard back from anyone at the company.
