It was mostly behavioural questions. They are looking for team-oriented students with leadership skills. Know your resume inside out because your interview will be based on that. If you have a lot of experience, they will ask you questions based on that but if you don't, they will ask general questions.

Very casual process. They do not have individuals trained on how to interview. I felt smarter than the people interviewing. You could tell they were looking for someone that fit the regimes mold. I have higher standards than to just shut up and work. I wanted to contribute and make a difference. Not be another cog
