Edmonds School District interview questions

Fairly an easy process. It is best to have questions prepared in STAR (The situation, task, action, result) format to effectively crack the interview. It helps to gather all the relevant information about a specific capability according to the job requirements.

Interview panel was kind and in some cases provided questions prior to interview. Three to five people participated in the process. The interviews were via Zoom, and communication that followed was through both phone and email.
