Interview was very straight forward. Did phone screening. Formal interview. Did background and drug screening and met with higher ups. Interview questions were easy to answer. Not to much pressure during the process.

5 Interviews and 3 months later and it was not worth the job offer. Between the travel time, the disorganization and their backwards policies it was a headache. Working in this industry for over a decade and I was shocked at how difficult it was to work for them.

It was a thorough interview process. They like customer service oriented and friendly candidates. Being a veteran in the property management field is a plus. Do your research on the company prior to any of the interviews.
