I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Edgemine in Dec 2024
Interview
Did my first interview online as a prescreening, went fine. Told me majority of the company was Korean and I was going to be a "trailblazer" if I got hired.. They also asked if I would be open to some other positions they had available. They have some automated system that took AI notes the whole time.
Three-four weeks later, I got a generic invite for an interview that was a copy and paste of first interview email. I emailed back with availability for a second interview and they sent me a google calendar meeting invite and generic instructions to get in to the office because it was in-person (not provided in initial email).
I got sick leading up to it and let them know that I would love to reschedule, but I got back another generic email that it was cancelled with no context.
Tried to reach out again the following week and got back the typical automated rejection email. Like I'm talking to a robot, waste of time.
Firstly, my friend recommended this position to me as Job referral at Edgemine then I sent my resume by email then had a brief phone call meeting with HR department.
