I had a phone screen with an older gentleman in Human Resources. It was horrible - he was disrespectful (dare I say sexist), constantly interrupted me and quite frankly I felt belittled the entire time. I regret not cutting the interview short because I felt so uncomfortable. I sent a follow up to his colleagues about my negative experience and never heard anything back which was disappointing. I've worked at large media companies in the past and never have I experienced a recruiter like this. Hopefully he is just a bad egg because someone like that can really affect their employer brand. Definitely not a culture fit for me if someone like this person can work there.
