First of all, getting to the office is a pain. There are only two bridges + 1 ferry to North Vancouver people for a district that has expanded greatly over the past decade.
Non-technical chit chat. There's this supposed technical guy in the room that didn't say much of anything. There was one point where the VP of product (or something like that) looked at him and kinda like going "am I gonna blabber for the entire interview?" - awkward. The few comments the guy utters make him look clueless.

What's the difference between public, protected and private inheritance?
Are you kidding me?? Of all the possible issues and questions about C++ and you find this to be the most important/relevant to ask?
We love North Vancouver, close proximity to mountains and lots of food options. We have colleagues who commute from all over lower mainland. I share your frustration about the two bridges and I am sure our good mayor is working on plans to address those issues. We consider many factors when we interview potential candidates. I wish you great success in your quest for finding your next job.

Interview
Interview process was alright. 2 rounds with one take home assignment. Not too hard but definitely will test your knowledge.
Got an offer but ended up declining as the salary offer is below average in Vancouver.
