Applied for the internship online. Heard back a couple days later via a phone call. We scheduled an in-person interview at the office. The in-person interview was very easy and low key. The office is actually part of a nice Hollywood Hills home. I met the other employees (the gang), and the first Assistant, who took me upstairs to the living room where we had tea and she looked over my resume. We had a nice conversation--a lot of give and take--and that was that. They called me the next day with an offer (or they may have offered on the spot and I asked for a day....I don't remember). In any event, it was all very low-key.
