The job was found via craigslist and there was one interview. The interview took place in a conference room and it was pretty casual. The interviewer was fairly laid back and not very intimidating.

very short. If you are willing to commit to the company they will hire you. THere is no risk because the job is commission only. They do want you to be self motivated. It really depends on how hard you are willing to work.
