I was greeted nicely and brought into the office in good time, given water, sat down and then began the interview process. It started very informal, a little chat to relax, talk about the ongoing coronavirus scare at the time, and generally what we like to do in spare time. There was no competency questions, just an interview around my CV and what things I've done in the past and how they might be useful. I felt like they took the time to get to know me personally, rather than just the professional version of me. I then had 1 call with someone from Ebury to discuss my potential future within the company, which again was really nice.
