Interview
I send my CV in february and I had my interview in March. Most of the interview were fit questions. After that, I had 4 individual interviews with the sales team managers.Unfortunately, I declined to continue the proccess because the position was not what I was expecting.

Question 1
What kind of companies will you focus in order to sell our products?
Why do you think that you will fit in our company?
I applied online. I interviewed at Ebury (Auckland, Auckland) in Feb 2026
Interview
Began with standard interview questions but then quickly delved into the fact that they expect you to work overtime and put in as much effort as possible, as well as bringing up staff members who were let go for not working enough. Bit weird.
After this, it went into a short role play of a phone call, but the script they want you to follow doesn't match up incredibly well with the information provided. This needs a bit of streamlining.
Office was a little bit odd, there were no people of colour or women, only white men, but it was a small team.
Smooth and easy
Meetings with Heads of desks who gave insight on the role and what it entails
Very upfront about how to be promoted - and how the best people get promoted quick
First spoke to a recruiter, then Senior Sales members and then head of sales. It was relatively casual with no particularly difficult questions - they just wanted to see a desire to work in both fx and sales.
