I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ebury (Kortrijk) in Feb 2016
Interview
Nice and smooth talk with the country manager. Good chat about my personal life and where I wanna go to in my career. After my interview I was invited to the office to have a chit with some people and if I would like it over there.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ebury (Auckland, Auckland) in Feb 2026
Interview
Began with standard interview questions but then quickly delved into the fact that they expect you to work overtime and put in as much effort as possible, as well as bringing up staff members who were let go for not working enough. Bit weird.
After this, it went into a short role play of a phone call, but the script they want you to follow doesn't match up incredibly well with the information provided. This needs a bit of streamlining.
Office was a little bit odd, there were no people of colour or women, only white men, but it was a small team.
Smooth and easy
Meetings with Heads of desks who gave insight on the role and what it entails
Very upfront about how to be promoted - and how the best people get promoted quick
First spoke to a recruiter, then Senior Sales members and then head of sales. It was relatively casual with no particularly difficult questions - they just wanted to see a desire to work in both fx and sales.
