Interview
Firstly, they arrange Aptitude Test. If a candidate clears the test, then he/she moves to Technical Interview process.
Then it is followed by HR Interview, if all goes good.
The Aptitude test is little bit tough, Technical Interview process is also tough to clear. Sometimes a candidate has to appear this process twice.

Easy,Process will take maximum 30 days if luck favor. Interview panel was good, focus on skill sets.
SQL, Testing skills, what you do in current job.
looking mainly into Learning attitude,analytical skills. Once offered you have to sign bond of one and half years which is mandatory. Pay-scale is very poor but no work load. Good food, free transportation make your life easy.
