Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and a while later I got an offer for an online 20 minute interview which happened a few days later. At the end of the call they invited me to an assessment centre which was two weeks later. The assessment centre included a difficult maths test, a team activity, and a 45 minute interview.
Assessment Day - group exercises, one group exercise was which limited number of items to choose from a list, another was discussing the company attributes, numerical test and presentation as well.
