Started with a talk about the company, then you walk them through your resume and experiences. Then they ask some behavioral questions. After that it was a site tour. It was a one interview process.

Interview
The HR manager set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard, with the most common questions you would expect. It lasted a little bit over half an hour. Next step would have been in person.
The interview process was smooth and thorough. It lasted about 45 minutes and I was shown the shop floor and type of machines I would be setting up and running.
