Interview
First there was a phone interview. The rep was extremely nice and helpful. Asked situational questions about ethics and standard situational questions. I was asked to interview at the facility on a later date. I went to the interview, they paid for travel, breakfast and lunch, I met with different managers and they all asked about experience and situational questions. There weren't any engineering specific questions. Took a tour of the facility and it was done. Very easy process

2 interviews. 1 panel with 2 people where is very general, then another panel with 2 people a couple of weeks later where is more specific about the role and how you would be a fit to the company.
Three interviews with variety of personnel: Team leader, Support Engineer, and Controller. Mostly was spent describing and selling the position, did not ask too many specific questions of the interviewee.
