The process took about a month. It started with an interview on campus following a career fair and was followed with a trip to Eaton's onsite university interviews in Beachwood. That afternoon, we were told that we would hear the results within two weeks. After two weeks, I was called and told that they were waiting on the status of other offers before making me one. Another two weeks went by and I received an email asking my availability for a phone call with an IT manager. The day after the phone call, I received a verbal offer.
