Interview
Three step process. Phone interview, F2F interview with area manager, and finally a shadow shift at one of the local restaurants. You tell the area manager how you feel after the shadow shift and if you've gotten that far they will most likely offer the position.

Three interviews. Situational and behavioral based. They ask a lot of questions about work experience in terms of your leadership, hospitality and management abilities. It's very important to study their values, mission and vision. That seems like common sense but it's vital that you convey exactly how you see yourself fitting within their culture.
